A previous client (a barrister) persuaded his Chambers to commission a Vanity Fair style portrait of one of their members who was retiring.
The title refers to the comparison often made by colleagues of the subject’s tanned, suave appearance, and James Bond.
These are gentle caricatures, nothing too extreme. As Leslie Ward (Spy) said:
